Refund and cancellation policy

All sales are final. Shortlist is a digital product that is delivered instantly and can't be returned, so we don't offer refunds or cancellations once a purchase is complete.

Exceptions — when you will get a full refund

Duplicate payment: you were charged more than once for the same purchase.
Not delivered: you paid but could not get your files, and we haven't fixed it within 48 hours of you emailing us.

To request one, email dpsgnotes@gmail.com with your order ID or Razorpay payment ID. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.

Failed payments

If money was debited but the payment failed, it was not received by us. Your bank or UPI app reverses it automatically, usually within 5–7 working days.
