These terms apply to your use of getshortlist.store and your purchase of the Shortlist system (the "Product"). The website and Product are operated by Aryan Rao Kaveti, trading as Shortlist ("we", "us"). By buying or using the Product you agree to these terms.

1. The Product

Shortlist is a digital product: a set of downloadable files (PDF guides, an Excel tracker and Word resume templates) about job searching and career planning. Nothing is shipped physically. The contents are described on the home page before you buy.

2. Price and payment

The price is shown in Indian Rupees on the website at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details.

3. Delivery

After a successful payment you get a download link on screen, and the same link by email. See the delivery policy.

4. Licence

You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the Product for your own job search and career. You may print it and fill it in. You may not resell, share, upload, distribute or publish the files, in whole or in part, or present them as your own.

5. No guarantee of outcomes

The Product is general information and a working method. It is not career counselling, legal, financial or tax advice, and it does not guarantee interviews, job offers, salary outcomes or employment. Results depend on your situation, effort and the job market. Market figures are cited from the sources named in the Product and can change.

6. Refunds

All sales are final, with the exceptions listed in the refund policy.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected with the Product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.

9. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first at dpsgnotes@gmail.com; most issues are solved by email. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
